Question 1

What am I buying when I buy a design?

Accepted Answer

KleanKutChaos designs are digital download files for crafting. No physical item is shipped. Most listings include SVG, PNG, and JPG files packaged in a ZIP so you can use them with cutting software, printable projects, and compatible design programs.

Question 2

How do I get my files after checkout?

Accepted Answer

After Stripe confirms payment, the site emails a private download link to the email used at checkout. The link opens the purchased ZIP file. If the email does not arrive, check spam, promotions, and the exact spelling of the checkout email first.

Question 3

How long does my download link work?

Accepted Answer

Download links are intended for customer access after purchase and may expire for security. Save your ZIP somewhere safe after downloading. If you bought a design and your link is no longer working, contact KleanKutChaos from the order email so the purchase can be looked up.

Question 4

Will these work with Cricut, Silhouette, Siser, or laser projects?

Accepted Answer

The SVG files are made for cutting workflows and are commonly used with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Siser-style vinyl projects, and other vector-friendly software. PNG and JPG files are included for print, sublimation-style mockups, stickers, and design layouts. Always confirm your software can open the listed file types before buying.

Question 5

Why do the files come as a ZIP?

Accepted Answer

ZIP folders keep the SVG, PNG, and JPG versions together and make larger bundles easier to download. On most computers, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract. On phones or tablets, you may need a file manager app before importing the SVG into your cutting software.

Question 6

What do Easy, Intermediate, and Expert mean?

Accepted Answer

Easy designs use bolder shapes and fewer tiny details. Intermediate designs may include smaller pieces, lettering, or tighter interior cuts. Expert designs can have dense linework, narrow gaps, layered detail, or many small pieces. For detailed artwork, test cut first and size the design larger when possible.

Question 7

What if a design is hard to weed or cut?

Accepted Answer

Try increasing the finished size, using a sharp blade, slowing the cut speed, and doing a small test cut with the same material. Very detailed portrait, horror, floral, and line-art designs often cut best larger than simple decals.

Question 8

Why are prices lower here than on Etsy?

Accepted Answer

The direct website has lower overhead than marketplace selling, so KleanKutChaos can price many individual designs and bundles below the Etsy listing price while still delivering the same original files.

Question 9

Is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is handled through Stripe. KleanKutChaos does not collect or store your full card details on the website. Use the checkout email you want the files delivered to.

Question 10

Can I buy more than one design at a time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Add to cart on digital designs, keep browsing, then check out the cart when you are ready. Memberships and custom-design requests may need to be purchased from their own buttons instead of mixed into the digital-design cart.

Question 11

Can digital downloads be refunded?

Accepted Answer

Digital files are generally not refundable once delivered or downloaded because they cannot be returned like a physical product. If there is a delivery problem, duplicate charge, or file access issue, contact KleanKutChaos so it can be fixed.

Question 12

Can I sell finished products made with the designs?

Accepted Answer

Personal projects and small-business finished physical products are welcome. You may not resell, share, upload, trace, redistribute, or claim the digital files themselves as your own. If you need a larger or unusual license, contact KleanKutChaos before using the files that way.

Question 13

Can I use these files in digital products or POD listings?

Accepted Answer

Do not resell or redistribute the source files, upload them as-is to digital marketplaces, include them in design bundles, or offer them as downloadable art. For print-on-demand or digital product use, ask first so the intended use can be reviewed.

Question 14

What is the Design Club?

Accepted Answer

The Design Club is the membership library for KleanKutChaos designs. Active members can sign in to access existing club designs and new releases while the membership is active. Source files still cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Question 15

Can I cancel the Design Club?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Membership billing is handled through Stripe, and members can manage or cancel through the customer portal when available. Access to the club library continues according to the active billing period and membership status.

Question 16

How do custom designs work?

Accepted Answer

Custom designs start with your idea, theme, and intended use. KleanKutChaos reviews the request, confirms scope and timeline, and creates a digital cut design for your project. If the idea is more complex than the starting purchase covers, any remaining balance is confirmed before continuing.

Question 17

What custom requests are best for KleanKutChaos?

Accepted Answer

The best fit is bold black-and-white cut-file artwork for vinyl, decals, shirts, tumblers, signs, stickers, and similar craft projects. Very tiny detail, copyrighted logo recreation, unclear reference art, or requests that need exact trademarked artwork may need changes or may not be accepted.

Question 18

How do I get help with an order?

Accepted Answer

Reply to the order email or contact KleanKutChaos with the checkout email, product name, and a short description of the issue. Include screenshots only if they help show a download, unzip, or software-import problem.
