Privacy policy

KleanKutChaos collects only the information needed to run the shop, deliver purchases, support customers, improve the website, and send optional marketing that a customer has requested.

Information we collect

• Contact and account information, such as a name, email address, and sign-in identifier.
• Order information, including the products purchased, payment status, delivery details, and fulfillment updates.
• Shipping information for physical products, such as an address and phone number when a carrier or fulfillment partner requires it.
• Website activity and campaign information, such as pages viewed, referring links, and checkout events, when analytics is enabled and allowed.
• Privacy-protected security identifiers used to limit spam, abuse, and automated form submissions.
• Messages, design requests, reviews, and other information a customer chooses to submit.

How information is used

Information is used to process payments, deliver downloads, fulfill and track physical orders, provide account access, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, measure shop performance, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only when a customer has consented and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

Service providers

KleanKutChaos uses trusted providers to operate the shop. These may include Stripe for checkout and billing, Clerk for account access, Printify and other suppliers for fulfillment, Resend for transactional email, and analytics or search platforms used to understand website performance. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Payments

Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. KleanKutChaos does not receive or store complete card numbers.

Cookies and local storage

The website may use essential browser storage for sign-in, cart contents, security, and purchase access. Optional analytics storage is used only when the related service is configured and the customer has allowed analytics. That choice can be changed from the Analytics preferences link. Browser settings can also limit optional storage, although essential shop features may require it.

Retention and customer choices

Order and transaction records are retained as needed for customer access, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Customers may request access to or correction of their information, ask a privacy question, or request deletion where the information is not required for an active order or legal obligation through the contact page or by replying to an order email.

Children's privacy

The shop is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. KleanKutChaos does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the shop and its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
