These terms apply to purchases and account use on KleanKutChaos. Completing a purchase means the customer accepts these terms along with the product description, price, license terms, and shop policies linked on the website.
Digital products
Digital listings provide the file formats and contents described on the product page. No physical item is shipped for a digital purchase. Customers are responsible for confirming that their software and equipment support the listed formats before purchasing.
Digital license
Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchased digital file may be used for personal projects and for small-business sales of finished physical products. The digital file itself may not be resold, shared, redistributed, uploaded to another marketplace or library, converted for resale, or offered as a download. Ownership of the artwork and file is not transferred by purchase.
Design Club
Design Club access is available only while the membership is active and in good standing. Downloaded files remain subject to the same license restrictions. Account access may not be shared. Membership billing and cancellation controls are available through the customer account portal.
Physical products
Most physical products are made to order. Product colors and placement may vary slightly from screen previews because of display settings, garment construction, printing, embroidery, trimming, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. Orders are accepted only after payment is confirmed. KleanKutChaos may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, or is flagged for fraud or unauthorized payment.
Accounts and purchase access
Customers are responsible for using an accurate email address and keeping sign-in credentials secure. Purchase access is matched to the verified email used at checkout. Download links and account access may be limited to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Custom designs
Custom-design payments begin the review and creation process described on the listing. Scope, timing, revisions, and any remaining balance are confirmed before work beyond the purchased scope continues. Initial custom-design payments are nonrefundable once work begins.
Acceptable use
The website may not be scraped, disrupted, reverse engineered, used to bypass access controls, or used for fraudulent purchases. Access may be limited when necessary to protect customers, the shop, or its service providers.
Availability
KleanKutChaos works to keep listings, downloads, and account access available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. If a paid purchase cannot be delivered as described, contact the shop by replying to the order confirmation so the issue can be corrected.
